Our client is a successful industrial company, part of an international leading group and supplier for machine and plant engineering with high technical competence. In order to strengthen the Desk Engineering/ Supply Management area, a professionally and communicatively strong management personality is sought, which can lead a team of 3 employees. Responsibility for the entire supply process of the standard components: from technical qualification to costing to supply tracking Leadership and further development of a cross-functional team (coaching, deployment planning, knowledge transfer) Proactive interface management with external service, customer service, purchasing, customer service and quality management Active customer advice (2nd-level) for technical inquiries

Technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic) with further training as technician/master or commercial training with industry experience Multiannual experience in offering management, inside sales or engineering sales desirable German & English in word and writing Strong, structured, team-oriented – with a sense for customer-oriented solutions Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft 365 Remarkable: Experience with ISO 9001, agile methods (e.g. Kanban), contract law, project or after-sales management
