Responsibility for the smooth supply of direct production material as well as for the organisational processing of deviations in order processing, calls from quantity contracts, order confirmations and compliance with delivery dates Care, evaluation and support of the associated suppliers as well as implementation of necessary (correction) measures in the context of operational purchasing Examination of invoices and clarification of differences with suppliers Processing and monitoring of error messages and miscellaneous parts Ensuring the delivered quality and forwarding of changes to suppliers according to the requirements of the construction and assembly departments Processing and monitoring of quality reports and returns Maintenance of creditor accounting and material master files Support of stakeholders from quality, procurement, production and planning in the operational field Working with the management of volume contracts, information sets and master data

Good user knowledge in the procurement and material management modules of SAP R/3 and in the application of MS Office modules Flowing in German and English in word and writing at least. B1, further foreign languages are advantageous Communication capability, resilience and enforcement capability is one of your strengths
