Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer Team Partner & Vertrieb (m/f/d)

You work closely with our users, identify technical requirements and translate them into clear, feasible requirements for the further development of our application. You develop technical concepts, technical specifications and solution designs and accompany their implementation together with the development team. Together with the team, you evaluate Backlog-Items in terms of their business value and support Product Owner in the prioritization and continuous care of the Backlog. As a central specialist for our application, you support your colleagues in technical questions. You regularly agree with the business analysts and requirements engineers of other teams on team-wide topics. You bring your expertise into the 2nd level support as well as in acceptance and test processes and thus contribute to a high quality of our solutions. You actively shape the further development of our team and our agile way of working – in particular by taking over coordinating and moderating tasks in the Scrum environment. You'll question existing procedures and procedures, such as documentation, stakeholder management or backlog management, and develop them in practice with the team.

Experience in the field of insurance – ideally based on completed vocational training or studies with subsequent professional practice. A strong IT affinity and experience in collaboration with software developers. Practical experience in requirements engineering, customer support, acquisition or CRM environment. Basic knowledge of agile approaches and methods, especially Scrum. Experiences with tools like Jira and Confluence are desirable. Very good communication skills as well as pleasure in facilitating professional workshops and bringing together different perspectives. A high level of quality, pronounced service and solution orientation and a structured, analytical approach.
