Surveying Technician / Geomatics Engineer / Surveyor (m/w/d) Network Documentation for Natural Gas and Hydrogen Pipelines

As a transport network operator, we are responsible for the safe supply of heat and electricity in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. With our 3,000 km long network, we transporate gas from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance – around the clock. Germany is on the way to climate neutrality, we are part of this transformation. With the reliable transfer of earth gas, we secure the heat and power supply during decarbonization. In future, our gas-infrastructure is ready for the transfer of water. Our approximately 350 employees at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse are working jointly on the further development of our business areas: gas transit, telecom and services. In order to strengthen our team in the field of documenization, measurement and cathodic corrosion protection at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for a:n survey engineer:in / geomatiker:in / survey engineer:in (m/w/d) network documentation.

Documentation of transport lines including line accessories Collection of graphic and attributive information Updating GIS and CAD data based on digital measurements of third parties Continuing internal guidelines for measurement and documentation Implementation of quality assurance measures Coordination of service providers and provision of data and plans for internal and external enquiries Acquisition of additional special tasks

First professional experience in the study GIS or CAD knowledge (QGIS, GEOgraf) Experience in working with data banks of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence Teamability, independent operation and a sovereign handling of internal and external response partners
