The Esslingen University of Applied Sciences is looking for:n Haustechniker:in for the Technical Building Management Unit. It is used at all 3 locations with a focus on campus Flandernstraße/Weststadt**.

• Scope of employment is up to 100 %

Your tasks:

• Systematic elimination of disturbances, especially in the field of waste and disposal technology, heating, cold, sanitary and compressed air
• Implementation of maintenance tasks on domestic installations
• Coordination and support of foreign companies and documentation
• Control, operation and monitoring of house-technical facilities for proper condition and functional safety and building automation
• Collection of energy and media consumption
• Control and updating of documentation in the field of domestic engineering
• cooperation in the collection and maintenance of the data of the technical facilities in the CAFM system

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training for:r Meister:in, technician:in or Geselle:in a profession of building technology (heating, ventilation, sanitation, possibly cold)
• Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of HLSK plants ideally desirable in technical facility management
• Optimally good knowledge in the field of cross-production technology (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) and in the handling of building automation systems
• User knowledge in the usual MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation
• Embossed communication and team skills
• Suitable for work in height, in confined spaces and fit for wide paths across university sites
• Class B licence
