(Junior) Account Manager in the Housing Industry (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our partners from the real estate industry – including construction companies, cooperatives, housing companies and planning companies You identify and acquire potential expansion objects and create matching project calculations You develop and initiate sales measures to increase the fiber optic connection ratio in the supervised area to up to 99% You convince residents, owners and house administrations in personal conversation, information events and housing owners' meetings Together with product management and marketing, you develop marketing concepts for the target portfolio You support the development management in the implementation and communication of our expansion goals You take responsibility for the sales and closing goals in your customer segment

You have completed a completed vocational training with relevant sales experience or an economic or technical study. Your qualification corresponds to at least DQR level 4 to 5 You bring experience in sales, real estate or project management You have a good understanding of technical relationships, organize your work independently and take responsibility Where established processes are still missing, you introduce ideas and shape practical solutions Even with challenges, you remain solution-oriented and work with stamina towards your goals You communicate convincingly, align your actions with the needs of your customers and like to work in the team In personal exchange, you will be safe and binding
