You carry out maintenance, repair, maintenance and safety checks on electrically powered serial vehicles and the associated technical equipment - in one of our large customers. The troubleshooting, diagnosis, re-and-growing, retrofitting as well as the execution of electronic and battery checks are among your activities. You then write maintenance reports and test reports and discuss their content with the customer. You also deal with the ordering of new and replacement parts. You are the first contact person to the client when it comes to technical questions and are in close contact with your sales colleagues to promote optimal customer relationship and development.
