Project Manager Electrical Engineering / Team Leader with a focus on testing technology (m/f/d)

Our customers include well-known industrial and commercial companies, contractors and service providers specialized in building management. Our range of services includes the testing of locally variable devices, fixed installations and machines based on the operational safety regulation and the DGUV Regulation 3 + 4 (formerly BGV A3), the legally reliable documentation of the testing and the preparation of dangerous assessments. To strengthen our team, we are looking for Projektleiter Elektrotechnik / Teamleiter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for the Hamburg region.

Technical offer testing, assessment and approval in coordination with sales staff Service preparation and disposition of customer orders for recurring testing of electrical equipment, plants and machines according to recognised operational safety and DIN VDE standards Professional and disciplinary leadership of a service technician team with up to 20 employees in a fixed field of application Team members' deployment planning, test sequence coordination and project personnel on site Development and organisation of a professional audit performance and support and further qualification planning of new external service employees in handling the most modern measuring instruments and measurement software Preparatory advice and clarification on customer-specific local questions as well as after-sales measures to secure and extend customer satisfaction Responsibility for the documentation of the test results in file form and transmission to the headquarters In order to achieve the objective and fulfilment of the tasks, a 30-40 % of the working time will be necessary

Training in a profession of electrical engineering, electronics or similar recognized electrotechnical training (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or electric master (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) In-depth knowledge in project management, work preparation and relevant professional experience in electrical engineering Safety test according to DGUV 3 First leadership experience and joy in the leadership of employees Good computer skills as well as solid electrotechnical and electronic knowledge (e.g. read circuit diagram, troubleshooting and analysis)
