Technical Operations Manager Wind Energy (m/f/d)

We bring the energy transition together. We're all committed to that.

We are part of a strong group of companies and offer our customers the entire range of O&M services in conjunction with flexible remuneration models for cost-optimized and professional service. A large number of private investors, institutional investors and energy suppliers are already relying on this. With more than 350 supervised PV systems (total power approx. 1,200.000 kWp), we belong to Germany's largest independent O&M service providers. We're looking for backup. Become part of our team in Saarbrücken.

You independently maintain a portfolio of wind farms in the southwest of Germany and coordinate external service providers. You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders. You control O&M and service contracts from a technical point of view, monitor the agreed services, check technical offers and invoices and track warranty and availability claims. You carry out local appointments and coordinate wind farm visits. You build up our technical operation wind and design processes and standards for this new area. You bring your expertise to the further development of multi-technology operating management structures for wind energy, photovoltaics and battery storage systems (BESS).

You have completed technical training with master qualification or comparable further education, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics, or a completed technical Bachelor's degree course. You provide several years of relevant professional experience in technical operations or in the service of wind turbines. You know well with system monitoring as well as the analysis of SCADA and operating data. You have experience with O&M and service contracts, technical advice and maintenance processes. The relevant requirements for HSE as well as the operator requirements are familiar to you. Experience in the technical operation of battery storage systems (BESS) is advantageous. You have very good German and good English skills. French knowledge is advantageous. You have a class B licence and are ready to visit our wind farms regularly in Saarland and in Rhineland-Palatinate.
