Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at Worms site Responsibility for electrical planning, fire protection, safety technology and/or air conditioning Project management in compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements Execution of the commissioning of new plants including deduction without defects Support and optimisation of existing facilities in terms of an energy and maintenance-efficient mode of operation and the basis for data and information management Cooperation with the on-site service provider, including coordination and monitoring of the execution to ensure a functional operation Assessment of deficiencies within the framework of the property assessment, taking into account legal compliance and technical rules, as well as the development and implementation of sustainable storage measures

Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, utility technology, technical building equipment or comparable qualification (technique:in, master:in the appropriate focus) Multiannual experience in the planning and realization of projects in the field of building technology /electric engineering German and English skills in word and writing Self-responsible action, team capacity, creativity, conflictability and enforcement strength, customer orientation and communication strength Working time model: 35 hours/week
