Your support in the entire employee-life cycle: For our employees, you are a trusted contact person and companion from the entrance to the exit Networking is up to you: you understand yourself as an important part of our large staff area and behave a close, trusting exchange with other departments. You keep the view: You take full master data care and thus make sure the monthly payroll. In addition, you create work contracts and employees-related correspondence. Improvement knows no limits for you: You are a specialist contact person for HR core topics and continuously develop our HR processes – together with your colleagues.

completed commercial training with a focus on personal economics, an academic degree or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in the field of staff and comprehensive knowledge in the right to work, tax and social security relevant experience in common payroll accounting programs, preferably in SAP HCM, knowledge in dealing with time management systems and safe handling of the MS Office package target group and customer-oriented communication strength as well as the ability to identify and represent thematic relationships pronounced service orientation
