Account Manager - Sales / Customer Service / Sales Concepts (m/w/d)

You are part of sales teams and work closely with the departments and the management You are responsible for the support and development of existing customers as well as for the consistent development of further market potentials You evaluate market and customer needs and independently create sales concepts. You regularly review customer potentials for up- and cross-selling approaches You create statistics, analyses and reports on market and competition

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical study or acquired another comparable qualification You ideally have a multi-year sales experience with measurable successes, optimally in the environment of products and processes that are in need of explanations You bring complex issues to the point and negotiate contracts professionally and successfully on the customer side You are an organizational talent - proactive maintenance and prioritization of To-Do’s and Deadlines is easy for you You are interested in e-commerce and digitalization of business processes along the entire process chain and in technical solutions between our systems
