Customer advice associated with offering and order processing in SAP, including check of payment terms and appointment management Delivery processing incl. Dangerous goods processing, monitoring of acceptances Article and technical clarifications (SAP numbers, transmission of technical inquiries) Active sale of spare parts, production, control and negotiation of contracts for spare parts business Review of the payment process, the invoice and open receivables and tracking of deliveries, repairs and returns Customer Complaints, Exchange Actions, Participation after Cause Determination and Other Customer Delivery Technical support and training of decentralized OPMs and cooperation in the process design of the order filling process

Completed commercial training, ideally with foreign trade knowledge and training as a specialist Multiannual experience in order processing or export business German and English language skills in word and writing, further language skills (French, Spanish) of advantage Good SAP knowledge modules SD and CRM Structured and precise operation with high self-responsibility Safe occurrence in communication with customers, coupled with high social competence and team skills Do you recognize yourself in this description?
