During your work in the HR department of the Munich Head Office, you will complete a two-year, professional-integrated Master degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management of the Steinbeis High School. This is what we expect as a dual master with the SIBE: Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) You can independently support our HR Business Partners in the operational day-to-day business, e.g. when processing applications or creating contract documents You support internal recruiting process You gain deep knowledge of the personnel work of a DAX group and in common personnel systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) You'll start reports and advertise statistics on key HR figures You are working on exciting projects in the HR sector You participate in regular team meetings and cross-departmental meetings We jointly shape your project work(s) and drive your personal and professional development forward: one of us will be your personal business mentor!

You bring this with the SIBE: Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of economics, HR management or economic psychology You work very independently and proactively, but are still a communicative team player You take tasks with a high degree of self-responsibility and want to introduce new ideas How to deal with MS Office programs Your German and English skills are excellent You show openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
