In a dynamic sales environment with a focus on craft customers, you support the sales management in the planning, control and implementation of strategic and operational topics. You carry out independently projects, coordinate project teams and actively drive forward internal processes - with the aim of improving structures and setting up sales in a sustainable manner. By creating statistics and analyses as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action, you make an important contribution to decision-making. Presentations, documents and decision-making templates prepare professional, visual and content. You design and optimize internal processes, bring in their own ideas and always keep in mind the great whole of sales. In close cooperation with colleagues from the field service and the branches, with product specialists and other internal services interfaces, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and successful implementation of measures. You take responsibility in the planning and implementation of events in the distribution. Supporting sales in everyday life is an important part of your daily work.

You have successfully completed an economic or comparable study - a cross-entry is also welcome. First professional experience in project work, sales or assistance is desirable.
