Trainee Corporate Clients - Focus on Multinational Corporates (m/f/d)

A positive customer experience is always a team success. You support holistic financing advice, linked to structuring and implementing transactions. In close cooperation with the Key Account Managers, you will accompany the strategic dialogue with the product units, risk management and the multinational corporation customer. Together, their business and earnings potentials are exhausted responsibly and develops long-term customer relationships. You will be contacting relevant product units such as corporate finance, interest and currency management, leasing, factoring, international business, capital markets and asset management. When implementing the risk policy in the credit business as well as in the field-internal or bank-wide projects on our strategic goals - sustainable transformation, innovative solutions, more resilience, employees inspire and social contribution - we rely on your active cooperation. The basis for your entry is a completed study of economics, which is just before graduation. Your financial modeling know-how and your experience in creating presentations are also a feature. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You bring first experiences in the credit business, capital market topics and/or first sales experience in the corporate customer sector. Experiences in related areas (e.g. corporate finance, corporate customer business, risk analysis) are also welcome. Your joy in working with customers: you feel at every contact point. You live customer orientation and convince by your communicative way as well as your cooperation and negotiation skills. You can communicate at least in German and English at the language level C1. Your logical thinking, your creativity and your problem-solving skills are in demand. No matter what challenge - you analyze it and introduce yourself with suggestions for solutions. Digital media, agile working methods, new developments - we are moving in an environment with a high rate of change. With your curiosity, you want to grow and get ready to get familiar with new topics.
