Four Points Flex by Sheraton Hanover has 329 business and superior rooms, suites and apartments, breakfast and event restaurant, and 14 conference rooms with a capacity of up to 120 people. All rooms have Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV. The hotel is the 3-star superior certified DEHOGA standard.

Operational management of events, banquets and large-volume catering services Coordination of service teams ( waiters, runners and event coordinators) Ensuring service standards according to the hotel guidelines Control of construction, mise en place and dismantling of events Direct communication with the kitchen, event department and sales for the smooth implementation of events Quick solution of operational problems during ongoing events Service monitoring at conferences and corporate events

You are reliable, flexible, resilient and want to gain leadership experience Good German and English knowledge in Word us Writing You have a friendly appearance and a well-kept appearance Team & work belong to you - together you master every challenge Good knowledge of systems (POS, trade, etc.) IT-Affinity Experiences in hotel chains (preferably at Marriott) Career experience in a similar position Sales & Catering knowledge (of advantage)
