Responsibility for operation, further development and adaptation of the Pisa/BIKOS event management system and related components Technical coordination of cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. clients, service providers) incl. Quality assurance Analysis and implementation of the requirements of the departments and the creation of process and solution concepts Support and adaptation of digital processes and workflows with focus on efficiency and optimization Ensuring smooth operation through second-level support, error analysis and incident management Participation in projects and acquisition of independent technical subprojects Creation of documentation, implementation of training and competent support for internal and external users With this profile you are sure: you bring an education or study as well as several years of experience in the IT field with Focus on user support and software development projects Ideally, you have know-how in the IT integration and infrastructure of event management systems (PISA / cimoio) It makes you happy to support colleagues in handling IT systems and to find solutions together You work independently, structured and team-oriented Your communication strength and very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) complete your profile Our offer for your future: With us you can do something – you can expect a variety of and challenging tasks with design space in a dedicated team of experts You will get an attractive basic remuneration plus.
