With us you take responsibility for our own real estate and actively contribute your ideas to the further development and digitization of processes.

As part of our team, you will support our real estate portfolio and ensure a smooth running of all commercial management processes.

In particular, you take over: Creation and adaptation of rental contracts and contract changes Competent care of our tenants as well as the processing of all related concerns Maintenance and management of property, tenant and contract data Implementation of current rent accounting Creation of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Support for renter search and tenant communication Coordination and cooperation with external service providers and craft businesses Close cooperation with accounting and controlling Active participation and digitization of our administrative processes

Successfully completed training or study in the real estate sector, banking or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in real estate management Knowledge of rent accounting as well as the production of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Safe handling of real estate management software and MS Office Structured, independent and responsible operation Communication strength and service orientation Interest in optimizing and digitizing processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
