You provide our trainees with skills, knowledge and skills for the profession of the plant mechanic (m/w/d) SHK as well as exciting insights into the energy industry in our training workshop You conduct quality-assured training courses and agree to the content together with the responsible training manager on the basis of the training framework plan You provide relevant and practical training contents according to the training framework plan and prepare the trainees (m/w/d) specifically for their practical and theoretical examinations You promote the social skills of our trainees, such as communication skills, teamwork and cooperation, and bring them closer to our corporate values You support professional training and adult education and help to convey knowledge in a practical and sustainable manner

You are an enthusiastic investment mechanic (m/w/d) SHK or you have a comparable craft training and have already gained relevant professional experience. Knowledge of control and firing technology as well as gas installation are advantageous You have experience in the planning and implementation of training units and are sure to deal with current MS Office applications. You are also passionate about the use of new IT systems You are highly communication and empathic and understand how to motivate and inspire trainees (m/w/d) with your pedagogical skills as well as your enforcement strength You like to work in the team and enjoy accompanying people in their professional and personal development You ideally have the training to AEVO or are willing to acquire this qualification You have a class B licence
