Your duties

• Maintenance, maintenance and repair of technical equipment focusing on electrical engineering or sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK)
• fault analysis and rapid fault elimination to ensure plant operation
• In and out of operation of plants and adaptation of switching times, nominal and limit values
• Creation and maintenance of emergency and deployment plans as well as user-friendly operating manuals
• Conducting tests according to DGUV Specification 3, VDE, DIN and VDMA incl. Documentation
• Support in general building operation and execution of technical mastery activities
• Contact for customers, tenants and internal colleagues in all technical matters
