For our well-known customer in Biberach we are looking for a painter (m/w/d) as part of the transfer of employees.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Manual painting of electric motors and its components by the HVLP method using the beaker gun, while maintaining predetermined quality standards
• independent preparation of workpieces (cleaning, gluing, masking and grinding)
• Operation and monitoring of the Power & Free conveyor system across all process zones
• Conducting corrosion protection coatings according to the corrosivity categories
• Implementation and documentation of visual, layer thickness and quality controls
• Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the painting plant and equipment
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes, e.g. by introducing ideas for optimizing painting techniques, workflows and plant efficiency

Technical requirements

• Completed training as industrial painter (m/w/d), vehicle painter (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in industrial wet painting, ideally in the HVLP process
• Finded knowledge in the field of anti-corrosion coating according to categories C1 to C5
• Basic knowledge of operation or Control of automated conveyor systems (e.g. program selection, troubleshooting, sequence control) desirable
