Performance data acquisition: You reliably collect all relevant performance data of our business partners and set them clean in our systems so that billing can be done correctly. Performance billing: You coordinate and carry out billings with our partners, check calculations for completeness and plausibility, and clarify inconsistencies in time. Performance data monitoring and request: You continuously monitor the performance data, identify deviations and guide the required requirements or Corrections. First Level Support: You are the first contact person for our service partners, supports them with the portal login, asks questions, answer questions and if necessary forwards complex cases. master data maintenance: You carefully evaluate master data (e.g. partner data, contract data) in the Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP system, perform regular tunings and ensure data consistency. Complaint processing: You accept complaints, analyze causes, document them comprehensible and coordinate solutions with the relevant stakeholders. Building reports: You develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards, analyze key figures and potentials to optimize cooperation.

Training: You bring a commercial training or an equivalent qualification and can understand business economic relationships. Knowledge of data management: You have a well-founded knowledge of data management, ideally with experience in handling contract and billing data. Skills: You can control Excel securely, use standard formulas efficiently and can easily process data. Analytical thinking: You recognize patterns in complex data sets, conduct optimization potentials and implement them pragmatically. Problem solving competence: You will find pragmatic solutions for problems, are solution-oriented and trade independently. Team skills: You work well in the team, communicate clearly and support colleagues in common goals.
