For this company we are looking for you as

Construction of welding devices and series components on the perforated plate as well as stapling and welding according to the drawing. Self-operating, setting and maintenance of welding systems and welding aids to ensure operational performance. Testing and quality assurance of the manufactured parts according to DIN EN1090 and approval of the components. Participation in the optimization of manufacturing technologies and constructions for new parts and prototypes. Bringing ideas into the problem-solving process (PDCA) and supporting lean management initiatives (e.g. 5-S). Compliance with occupational safety, environmental and corporate standards.

Complete training as a design mechanic, metal maker or comparable qualification. Advanced welding knowledge, multi-year professional experience and welding tests in the processing of high-strength steels. Systematic and independent thinking and work. Teamability, openness for new technologies and willingness to shiftwork (3-shift).

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement.
