Bayreuth This is your job in the future • Planning, creation and coordination of procurement strategies for material and service requirements in the energy sector • Compilation and processing of technical purchasing documents using MS Office, SAP and other digital tools • initiation, control and support of the entire procurement process according to project and appointment requirements • Close interface coordination between purchasing, project teams and external suppliers and service providers • organisation and implementation of tenders, inquiries, technical coordination and supplier meetings • Digitally supported management, documentation and follow-up of deficiencies, follow-ups and structural disability indicators • Support in claim and contract management, in particular in delays in delivery, escalations and preparation of negotiations • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety-related requirements and standards at the construction site
