Teamleiter (m/w/d) (determined for 24 months)

You take over the staff and professional leadership of the team ''eLearning Development'' and promote the professional and personal development of the employees. The planning, prioritization and implementation of orders for e-learning creation are controlled by you and you will ensure efficient utilization of existing resources. To ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness, you continuously review and optimize processes, methods and workflows in the development of digital learning offers. You initiate and accompany change processes and support the team in adapting to new technologies, requirements and working methods, especially in the field of digital learning and artificial intelligence. You work closely with internal clients: inside, specialist areas and other interfaces and advise them in the design and implementation of digital learning solutions. You are responsible for the further development and compliance of quality standards, methods and governance requirements for the creation of digital learning media. Your cooperation in cross-departmental projects and the acquisition of special tasks contribute to the further development of the educational offer and the learning culture in the company.

You have completed your studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on education management, media education, e-learning or a related subject such as marketing, media processing etc. You bring multi-year experience in the development of digital learning, learning media or educational or marketing measures and know the current developments in digital learning and artificial intelligence Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the management of employees, project teams or professional working groups. You are convinced by a strong communication, organizational and decision-making capability and understand that different interests are successfully combined. Strategic thinking as well as the ability to actively shape changes and to take teams in transformation processes are a feature. You work in a solution-oriented, self-responsibility and with a high level of commitment and keeps track of complex requirements.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
