Expert Data Protection (m/f/d)

Examination, assessment and recommendation and risk assessment of facts in data protection Compilation of written opinions and opinions on data protection issues and issues Monitoring, operational participation and coordination of the implementation of requirements from the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Church Data Protection Regulation as well as all applicable data protection-relevant provisions of relevant legislation Contact person and consultant for data protection issues Interface to the central compliance officer and the judiciary, data protection coordinators, IT security and IT compliance Perception of interface functions (internal/external) Support and participation in the further development of data protection management (including training concepts and awareness-raising measures) and strategic data protection issues Continuous improvement of internal data protection regulations (e.g. guidelines) Participation in projects Activities as data protection coordinator and/or data protection officer in case of need

Completed university or university studies in the field of (economic) computer science, legal or Economics or a comparable qualification with relevant and proven prior knowledge Multiannual professional experience in the field of data protection Additional qualification as a certified data protection officer Very good knowledge of data protection law as well as adjacent legal areas Knowledge of common data protection concepts and models (e.g. SDM) mature IT confession and basic knowledge in IT security Experience in the preparation and formulation of written opinions and opinions Consulting competence for decision-makers Experience in targeted communication and presentation Very accurate, structured and independent working methods as well as pragmatic problem-solving competence Reliability, good communication capability, team capability and high customer orientation
