What we plan together: As part of your internship, you are part of the REWE Group's sustainability area. Whether the development of the sustainability strategy for REWE and PENNY or projects in the field of social engagement - you work in the exciting and versatile field of sustainability strategy and project work. In a motivated team, you can develop your strengths and focus on your own, depending on your preferences.

What you do with us: You take responsibility: You work independently and support the planning and implementation of projects in the context of sustainability for REWE and PENNY. You show commitment: You actively support us in preparing and posting internal and external meetings and events. You are present: You actively participate in internal and external communication on relevant sustainability issues. Achieve more together: You take ownership of subprojects and defined tasks and everyday tasks in the team. You’ll join us: you’ll make a creative contribution in creating competitive analyses, presentations and project documentation.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You are interested in food retailing and want to promote sustainability at REWE Group together with us. You are a student:in or graduate:in the business economy, economics or a related degree program focusing on sustainability, trade, strategy or marketing and have provided very good services here. You have already gained experience in the retail or consumer goods sector or in the area of sustainability and are available for at least 6 months. A quick understanding, analytical and strategic thinking, good self-organization and goal-sustainability as well as flexibility characterize you. We presume very good MS Office skills and strong team orientation.
