Quality management: monitoring compliance with technical standards. Project support in the warranty phase: Ensuring the elimination of defects after construction removal taking into account the technical and contractual requirements. Communication: interface between contractors, contractors and subcontractors. Legal knowledge: Dealing with warranty and liability questions according to VOB/B, BGB or comparable standards.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable technical training or further training (master:in, technician:in, etc.) Experience in handling turnkey construction measures willingness to develop and present technical facts in depth Good knowledge of building and contract law (BGB, VOB) Good MS Office knowledge Readiness to travel in the region of northern Lower Saxony Strong communicative skills, negotiation skills and independent working
