Number: MER0003XNZ Hall 9 of the Bremen plant is characterized by the complex production of various models of the Mercedes-Benz brand. In order to be able to reproduce this complexity in automotive assembly, a wide range of personnel measures are necessary within the 3-layer system. In particular within this area, new developments and innovative solutions are needed to reflect the challenges in the ongoing dynamized (production) world. These challenges include: Support in aggregation and controlling personnel planning for a allocated area Preparation of demand calculations/plannings for a allocated area (Montage Hall 9) Support for the following activities: Monitor and prepare targets, relocations, relocations in relation to personnel situation/development, update personnel planning Conduct actual comparisons, analyze deviations and show recommendations for action Prepare and prepare results of operational planning for an allocated area - show implausibility (e.g. with regard to premise) and clarify - propose measures to achieve objectives Development of dynamic process models and control possibilities in everyday life Integration of innovative tools for day-to-day personnel management at work level Activity can begin from March 2026

Course in Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Structured thinking Process understanding and management
