The T+H Group was founded in 1985 and is a second and third generation owned company with around 200 employees in three production plants in Gerstetten. With T+H, our customers trust a partner for all their requirements – from small-scale production with surface coating and the assembly of complex components for the aviation industry to the construction and production of secondary composite tools for large-scale production in our own press plant. Our products are used in industries where the highest standards must be met: in aircraft, automobiles, industrial plants and other demanding applications.

For our further growth we are looking for several

Production Assistant Metal (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Various activities in the manufacture of metal components for the aviation industry
• Depending on knowledge and skills, different fields of application, e.g.
• Set up, run and operate various machines and systems,
• sawing, drilling, sinking,
• deburring, drums and brushes,
• Edge and warm treatment,
• Assembly of assemblies
• Pre- and post-processing activities for painting and electroplating
• Manufacturing according to customer order in compliance with applicable standards and production specifications
• Booking of operations in the ERP system

Your profile:

• Professional experience in manufacturing an industrial company, ideally in the metal industry
• A completed training in a metal job
• High quality awareness and rapid understanding
• a customer-oriented and independent, structured and careful operation
• Team skills, performance and fun at work
• 3-layer readiness
