M&A & Corporate Law: Shares and Business Purchasing Agreements (SPA), Shareholders and Joint Venture Agreements including related documentation Project financing: Negotiation and completion of non-recourse financing for own projects in the energy sector – from the Greenfield phase to the construction maturity (Ready-to-Build) Project contracts: draft, audit and negotiation of EPC and BoP contracts (Balance of Plant), supply, O&M and land lease contracts – regularly based on international standards (FIDIC Silver Book) German development pipeline: independent control of all legal workstreams – property security (incl. usability, land register, notary management), network connection as well as regulatory and energy issues (including BImSchG, BauGB, EnWG) Due Diligence: Management and coordination of the legal DD, including control of external law firms and notaries Cooperation: close coordination with the project development and technology teams as well as with property owners and their lawyers:inside Team: technical support and further development of Junior-Kolleg:innen

At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in energy, infrastructure or (construction) projects – in an international firm and/or in-house. Including experience is a must for us, no Nice-to-have Certainly in project contracts (funding, EPC/BoP, delivery and O&M contracts) and with international contract standards, in particular FIDIC Silver Book – ideally on offer Experience in managing notaries, external firms and technical teams Own-responsible, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation – you drive topics independently to the conclusion and take responsibility for your dossiers Enthusiasm for renewable energy and energy infrastructure, in particular battery storage German (mother language level/C1) and fluent English (concern language)
