As a development engineer hardware in the field of verification of electrical/electronic development at our locations in Kiel or Kassel, you are responsible for the hardware verification of hardware modules, control units and assemblies according to IEC 61508 and ISO 26262. This includes, inter alia, the functional verification of electron-safe circuits, the commissioning and testing of microcontroller and microprocessor-based circuits, as well as the creation of test concepts and test environments for electrical tests and environmental and EMC tests.

Analysis of complex electronic and microcontroller and microprocessor-based circuits Development of test concepts in close coordination with hardware development and quality departments commissioning of circuit boards and hardware modules, development of test environments and testing software for microcontroller and microprocessor-based circuits Specification of test cases, preparation of test software and execution of tests to verify hardware circuits Conception, planning, development of test environments for carrying out environmental and EMC tests in cooperation with experimental departments and laboratories Deployment and control of subcontractors for processing subprojects

Graduate degree or university degree in the field Electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable degree, such as technicians Good technical understanding and judgment Multiannual experience in hardware development or hardware verification Experience in methodological hardware or system development Improved and precise formulation of specifications Experience in the development of safety-relevant assemblies according to ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Standing for occasional missions
