• Responsibility for safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical building equipment (ventilation, heating, compressed air, cold) • Ensuring trouble-free operation through independent planning, execution and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures and coordination of external service providers • Independent planning, execution and documentation of maintenance, assembly and repair work on building equipment • Collection of offers as well as commissioning, coordination and monitoring of external service providers and foreign companies • independent error analysis, disorder elimination and sustainable cause elimination • Ensuring the timely execution of all maintenance and testing work including Management of lock permissions • Operation, monitoring and optimization of building control technology (GLT) to ensure operational safety and energy efficiency • Support for the collection, evaluation and management of energy data under the Energy Management System (ISO 50001) • Planning, monitoring and documentation of recurring audits and inspections • Supporting daily work in facility management

• Technical training in the field of plant mechanics, heating ventilation air conditioning (HLK), refrigeration or mechatronics (TGA) • VDI 6022 Category B desirable • 1-2 years in professional experience in building technology • knowledge of mechanics, ventilation, heating, refrigeration and compressed air technology • Experience in professional handling of external service providers • Team skills • High level of reliability, especially in terms of safety at work • Secure handling of PC applications (e-mail, MS Office, documentation) • Basic knowledge English desirable • Professional experience in technology Building equipment desirable • Structured independent working
