Responsibility of business operations You develop smart insurance solutions for our customers in the commercial/industrial insurance sector and are responsible for the implementation and control of all customer and/or insurance companies. Excellent customer service You are burning for excellent standard of your service and ensure the identification of customer needs and offer customized solutions. Risk assessment As an essential part of your outstanding expertise, carry out risk assessments and ensure their transfer. You maintain existing customer relationships, build long-term partnerships and keep close contact with experts, managing directors and teammates.

You have a successfully completed training as a merchantwoman for insurance and finance or insurance professionalwoman or insurance professional*in and have preferably gained several years of professional experience in the field of industrial/industrial insurance. Good knowledge of the English language An English e-mail does not scare you? An English speaking caller doesn't make you sweat? Regardless of whether Word, Excel or PowerPoint – the standard programs control you from the Effeff. Your very good opinion makes it easier for you to work on specific programmes.
