Head of Scheduling / Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

You carry out the Disposition (Internal Sales Service, Operational Purchasing and Manufacturing Control) department professionally and disciplinefully and continuously develop your team. You provide a standardized production planning and manage the escalation management in case of disturbances within the supply chain. You plan the material requirements based on production plans and customer orders and thus ensure complete material supply. You minimize overstocks and reduce missing parts by defining and applying coherent procurement parameters. You use our ERP system (MS Navision) as a central control instrument and are a contact person for the continuous development of ERP processes in your area. You actively shape your responsibility and drive improvements with their own ideas and initiatives.

You have completed training or studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, logistics – or have a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in supply chain management (Disposition/ Material-& Production Planning) of a manufacturing company You bring leadership experience and enjoy motivating and developing a team. You are versed in handling ERP systems, ideally MS Navision. You convince by a pronounced communication capability, safe occurrence and enforcement capability. Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working as well as a high degree of self-initiative and design will complete your profile.
