Business Intelligence Engineer - Operational Reporting (m/f/d)

Conception and implementation of dashboards and reports on the management of regional companies to the branch Definition of core numbers and implementation of these in Power BI reports and Cubes/Datasets Close cooperation with Data Engineers in data modeling in the form of common concepts and reflections of User Stories (SCRUM) Design and optimization of performance for improved usability (e.g. faster charging times) You ensure the stable operation of our BI tools in the framework of operations, monitoring and incident management Your focus is on business intelligence, but ideally, you also have experiences in the field of backend development (e.g. experience with connecting new data sources, developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, data modeling) Preparation of training documents and training Conducting Ad-hoc evaluations for strategic questions as required

Complete degree of economic informatics, statistics, business intelligence, data analytics or comparable qualification You have at least. 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering or comparable activity You have a well-founded knowledge of the development of addressable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders and are able to analyze, model complex data sets and share this knowledge with your teammates You bring advanced programming skills in R, Python, SQL or comparable in interaction with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI with Analytical thinking, a structured approach and fun to solve complex new tasks A high degree of independence, care and quality awareness Ability to deal with uncertainty and make high motivation new processes and concepts Good English knowledge of word and writing
