As a construction manager, you take responsibility for the management and organization of construction sites in the respective structures. They are, among other things, the central contact person for specialist construction managers, technicians and contractors and control our contractors and third parties on our large-scale construction sites in the field of energy production and distribution systems.

Coordination and monitoring of complex construction measures Organizing and optimizing the assembly processing and commissioning activities at the construction sites scheduling, planning of assembly personnel requirements, construction sites and required tools Cooperation/coordination with subcontractors Implementation, instruction and control of all statutory provisions relating to occupational safety, quality and environmental aspects Verification of site documents Organisation and monitoring of construction sites Organisational Responsibility for QM, Environmental and Security Management (IMS) Responsibility for quality-proof construction site processing Implementation of construction site reporting including day reports / progress reports and final documentation

Your profile - you should bring:

Successfully completed technical training such as plant mechanic, or industrial mechanic, as well as further training as master or technician Multiannual professional experience in plant engineering A welding or ZfP additional design would be desirable National readiness and valid driving licence of class B A strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high communication skills complete your profile as a building manager
