The Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein (DHSH) offers dual courses of study and practical research as a state-approved university for applied sciences at Kiel, Lübeck and Flensburg. Founded over 50 years ago as a vocational academy of Schleswig-Holstein, DHSH offers students the opportunity to benefit from decades of experience in dual studies. In cooperation with more than 400 partner companies, offerings will be the dual Bachelor's degree programs Business Administration, Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science (Software Engineering) and Social Work. At the moment, around 700 students, 16 professors as well as some non-scientific staff and colleagues working in administration and acquisition are learning, teaching, researching and working at DHSH. Almost 60 freelance lecturers support the teaching at DHSH. DHSH offers residences for students, so that the search for a room on the overcrowded housing market is eliminated.
