Further development of laboratory automation: You drive forward the digitization of our global laboratories – from automation to continuous device and data integration Implementation of modern technologies: You evaluate and integrate new solutions such as robotics, AI, IoT and SAP connections to make laboratory processes more efficient and more data-intensive Project management & governance: You coordinate automation projects globally, define standards and create scalable structures for future innovations Interface management: You work closely with laboratory, IT, engineering and external partners and form a strong internal competence network for automation Quality & Compliance: You ensure the validation, data quality and standard compliance (e.g. ISO, GxP) and perform regular reviews of the systems
