Calculate repair orders using DV accounting system Set up billing documents and check them for match of order number, customer name and completeness of the order sheets. Check the accuracy of the AW acceptance and completeness of all material withdrawal certificates and, if necessary, complete or supplement Check the allocation of wage and material positions after repair, accident, guarantee and at own expense and, where appropriate, correct Check the warranty positions of the repair orders for damage keys, assign appropriate material, clarify any inconsistencies with the service line, open warranty claims by EDV and, taking into account special cost acceptance regulations as well as incident costs, enter with damage keys Check processed data on the screen and on the basis of error logs, enter necessary supplements to repair orders into the EDV and, if necessary, enter orders completely settlement of the invoice of computer capture, triggering of the invoice, checking of the invoice rates up to their separation by distributor Income costs and materials derived from repair orders at own expense, as well as ordering accessories and internal services and supplies according to specific requirements Late and Saturday service at the repair and spare parts box in exchange with other colleagues Service-Counter Representation
