You run a sales team of around ten dedicated employees and develop it professionally and personally. You will ensure the achievement of your team on the basis of transparent key figures and KPIs. You are responsible for your own sales area and show your sales skills. You win new customers:inside and develop sustainable business relationships. You actively support the main key accounts of your region and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
