• Processing of contract notices and invoice declarations

• Examination and individual mapping of large customers and framework contracts

• Proper archiving and digitization of service contracts and associated correspondence

• Consultant and Expert (m/w/d) on the mapping of service contracts for internal interfaces as well as contact person for the use of the online CRM system

• Completed commercial training

• First practical experience in a comparable position

• Secure handling of SAP and MS Office

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Embossed customer and team orientation

• Very good organizational and communicative skills as well as a quick understanding

• High operational readiness, loadability and flexibility as well as independent operation
