We offer you a wide range of media-related tasks: You deal with complaints from media providers who see their offers discriminated online. You check whether platform providers and media intermediaries meet the requirements of MStV, such as the obligation to maintain transparency information or the public value regulations, and also take into account the current European law and the results from nationwide working groups in which You are incorporated. Moreover, the legal examination of broadcasting and social media offerings for their compatibility with the applicable advertising rules, as well as the support of the Director in preparing meetings of the Media Council and the Commission for Authorisation and Supervision among the tasks to be carried out. In the areas mentioned above, you will accompany the cases from the complaint or the attack, any committee resolution to the administrative act and any subsequent judicial procedure.

You will fit us if you: have an above-average legal qualification (full judge:in), bring deeper knowledge of the technical functions of social media, video sharing and search engine offerings, already have professional experience in media, administrative and/or youth protection law, have an interest in network and media relations and are able to actively represent your position vis-à-vis appellants and actors in the media industry, contribute constructively and It is a pleasure to continue working independently into new legal and technical situations and to be targeted and solution-oriented.
