The processing of educational materials in the team will be part of your working day. You will take on tasks to develop new approaches to digital learning in media-scattering and interactive formats. You work project-oriented with different work areas at the Arolsen Archives. You are responsible for internal communication of our results and therefore understand very well other areas of work. With interest and empathy, you can adapt to different perspectives and increasingly develop a comprehensive understanding of our different target groups.

You really want to move something and live a “hands-on mentality”. You have successfully completed university studies in a relevant area. You have first experiences in project work and/or in the conception of educational content in historical-political educational work and/or in the field of memory culture/working and/or in the field of knowledge transfer with multi-perspective, integral access. You have a look at the developments in social media. In addition, you have knowledge of current debates on racism, antisemitis and discrimination and/or digital learning. Negotiating knowledge in English and good German knowledge are of course for you. We are also happy to learn more! You are communicative, inspire other people with your ideas and love working in the team. In addition, you have the right sense of diversity-sensitive communication.

The collective agreement TV AL II* applies to our employees. This includes a 38.50 hours week, holiday and Christmas money as well as an annual holiday claim of 30 working days.
