At mateco you learn how our work platforms and technical devices work, are maintained, repaired and made fit for the next use.

That's what you expect: You wait, check and repair our work platforms and machines. You will know mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems. You are looking for mistakes and find technical solutions – instead of simply exchanging parts. You work with modern tools and diagnostic devices. You support our experienced workshop team and take on your own tasks with increasing experience. You get a varied insight into the technology behind our machines

Above all, it's important to us that you really have Bock on technology. You'll suit us if you: already has a driving licence of class B, inspire you for machines, vehicles and technology, bringing craftsmanship and technical understanding, ideally have already shown through internships, side jobs or own projects that you like to screw and repair things, to find out why something does not work – and how to get it back to work, are reliable and like to work in the team, are ready to learn new things and take responsibility. As a future expert for work platforms, training (3.5 years of training, block lessons) offers you an excellent perspective in an exciting field of activity. Your attractive training allowance increases per year of teaching and is €1,000 in the 1st year of teaching, €1,200 in the 2nd year of teaching, €1,300 in the 3rd year of teaching and €1,400 in the 4th year of teaching.
