• Operation and monitoring of production facilities in 3-shift operation.
• Working to ensure a smooth production process.
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure high standards.
• Cleaning and maintenance of machines according to requirements.
• Active support of the team during all production processes.

We are looking for

No problem if you haven't had much professional experience yet! We are looking for people who go to work with enthusiasm and want to learn new things. The following points are important to us:

• First experience in production or handling machines is a plus, but no duty.
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system – early shift, late shift, night shift – all in it!
• Good technical understanding to operate and maintain the production machines.
• Team skills and the ability to work independently.
• motivation, willingness to learn and interest in building a long-term perspective.
