Senior Product Manager Authentication & Approval Procedures (m/f/d)

As a senior product manager, you are inspired by relevant stakeholders from different teams in the strategic (further) development and control of solutions in the field of legitimation, authentication and release procedures. All threads come together and you make sure that we achieve the highest safety standards and outstanding customer experience at all levels. New features or run and change activities? Your theme. You take responsibility, design and realize and lose your eyes on User Experience, Fraud, IT-Stack and Budget. Together in the team, you analyze existing processes and app features on heart and kidneys, use user feedback and data to identify optimization potentials and pack your findings into expert concepts and customer journey maps. Whether measures to meet regulatory and internal requirements or in responsibility for assets: You are also addressing the topic of governance, join with the stakeholders and communicate competently and transparently. You know: Communication is key. This is why you create understandable work instructions and process documentation and take care of reporting dashboards and regular reports. Multiannual practical experience as a product manager with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in a team with high IT content Long-term experience in requirements engineering and Data analysis and customer journey mapping Studies with a focus on business informatics, bank and technical experience or a comparable qualification Practices in the design and implementation of technical requirements (e.g. bank business processes including underlying technologies, practice with app and web channels) and process analysis Funded technical know-how in the field of app development, the business field online banking and the associated regulatory Customer orientation and excellent knowledge in controlling external service providers in a highly regulated environment Analytical-systematic and independent working and fun at work in the team Communication and conviction skills Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
