Head of Civil Engineering - Acquisition / Controlling / Hydraulic Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic and personal leadership of your team in engineering with a clear focus on projects in the water industry. You control the entire process from the acquisition to the creation of offers to the conclusion of the contract and thus secure the sustainable growth of the department. You monitor the technical and commercial project controlling and ensure compliance with budgets, dates and quality standards. As a central contact person, you negotiate with clients, authorities and external partners and represent the company to the outside. You actively promote the further development of your employees and continuously optimize internal processes and procedures.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience and well-founded leadership skills, ideally in engineering or water management. You are familiar with the relevant legal bases and technical regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB). As a leader, you can convince with strategic vision, negotiation skills and the ability to motivate your team. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level) complete your profile.
