Technical Analysis & Automation: Development and implementation of automated solutions, e.g. in Excel, including VBA, to make financial and accounting processes more efficient Data management: Support in building, maintaining and analyzing financial data in Excel, as well as in integration with other systems Support & Consulting: Contact for technical questions concerning Excel and financial data, both for specialist areas and for end users Process optimization: Identification of automation potentials in the financial and accounting field, implementation of appropriate solutions Testing & Quality Assurance: Testing the developed tools and automations for functionality and performance Training: Implementation of workshops and training on technical solutions and best practices Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals and training documents

At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or controlling, ideally in food retail Excellent Excel features, including VBA programming, pivot tables, Power Query & Power Pivot Experience in the automation of financial processes and data analyses Technical understanding in connection with a finance/accounting background Analytical thinking, problem-solving and self-employment. Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) Routinized handling of MS Office applications
